Our Story

A circle of care that stays involved.

Our beginning

Our Story Began by Asking Different Questions

The founders of Circle of Hope care deeply about protecting unborn life and supporting the people facing these decisions. As they listened to the stories of women, men, and teens and looked closely at the research, they began asking a deeper question:

What if abortion didn’t feel like a real choice at all—but the only option left?

A 2023 peer-reviewed study of U.S. women with a history of abortion found that 60% said they would have preferred to give birth if they had received more support from others or had greater financial security.¹

That finding affirmed something the founders had come to understand: the circumstances surrounding a pregnancy can profoundly shape what feels possible—especially when essential resources and meaningful support are out of reach.

For years, they had participated in sidewalk advocacy, prayer vigils, and other efforts to protect unborn life. Those experiences deepened their commitment and gradually brought another question into focus:

How could we ask someone to choose life without also helping address the very circumstances that can make choosing life feel impossible?

That realization changed everything.
