STEWARDSHIP & YOUR GIFT
Stewardship & your gift
Your Trust Is Something We Never Take for Granted
Every gift to Circle of Hope represents someone’s generosity, sacrifice, and belief in this mission. We are deeply grateful for that trust—and committed to honoring it through careful, transparent, and responsible stewardship.
Our Leadership Serves Without Salaries
Our leadership team receives no salaries, and we intentionally keep overhead exceptionally low—from our facilities to our day-to-day operations. We believe donor funds should serve people and advance the mission, not support unnecessary infrastructure or expense.
98¢ of Every Dollar
Approximately 98¢ of every dollar donated supports programs, services, and practical assistance that directly benefit those who turn to Circle of Hope.
For us, that number represents more than financial efficiency. It reflects a deliberate commitment to keep expenses disciplined and maximize what each contribution can accomplish.
Your Generosity Is Promptly Put to Work
At Circle of Hope, we believe donor funds are meant to advance the mission and address real needs—not be stockpiled in a bank account beyond what is reasonably necessary for responsible operations and financial stability.
The circumstances we encounter are often immediate, ongoing, and significant. Available funds are put to use quickly, addressing the most pressing needs as they arise.
We intentionally maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional space without unnecessary expense or excessive overhead. We also choose not to invest significant donor resources in costly fundraising galas, expensive speakers, or elaborate events.
Instead, we focus on keeping expenses low, responding promptly, and ensuring every gift remains focused on the mission it was given to support.
Responsible stewardship, to us, is not simply about spending less. It is about using resources intentionally and continually looking for ways to accomplish more with what we have.
Partnership Makes Every Dollar Go Further
Good stewardship also means knowing when not to spend.
When excellent services or expertise already exist in our community, we build strong relationships and connect people to them rather than unnecessarily recreating what is already available.
Through partnerships with healthcare providers, churches, nonprofits, businesses, professionals, and community organizations, we work to make full use of and expand what is already available, avoid unnecessary duplication, and preserve donor resources for needs that might otherwise go unmet.
We believe that is responsible stewardship—and the power of a strong community.
